Delicia (she/her) started IRL Socials after she started posting on Tiktok and noticed just how many people were craving real-life community and connection. What began as an idea quickly grew into a space where people could show up, meet new people, and build meaningful friendships. As a big sister at heart, Delicia naturally gravitates toward bringing people together and creating environments where everyone feels welcome. When she’s not planning events or connecting new friends, she’s usually spending time with her two cats or belting out karaoke in the car like it’s a sold-out concert.

Known for her warm, welcoming presence, Meghan has a natural way of making people feel comfortable and included at events. Outside of IRL Socials, she loves thrifting, hosting gatherings, and curating beautiful, thoughtful experiences… skills that translate perfectly into helping create the special atmosphere the community is known for.
